How does per-seat billing work?
Each seat costs the same regardless of which certs the member studies. A seat covers every Microsoft cert practice bank we publish. Add or remove seats from /team/billing and Stripe prorates the change.
Can a single team buy mixed licenses?
Yes — an organization can hold multiple license pools at once. For example, 5 seats with full subscription plus 3 seats restricted to SC-900 only. Email us for mixed-license setups; the self-serve flow handles full-subscription pools only.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Members lose practice access at the end of the current billing period. Your quiz history and team analytics remain accessible if you re-activate later.
Do you offer a trial?
Each new team gets a trial org on signup. Run a few quizzes with your team before turning on Stripe billing.
Who can see our team's data?
Quiz history, performance analytics, and your member roster are scoped to your organization — visible only to your team's admins, never shared or sold. Individual members see their own results; only admins see the aggregate dashboard.
Do you offer refunds?
Same policy as our individual plans: a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first team payment. Cancel any time after that and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Is there a minimum team size?
No minimum commitment beyond your billing cycle. Team plans start at 2 seats — add more as you grow, or remove seats any time and Stripe prorates the change. For a single user, see individual pricing instead.
Why not just have each team member sign up individually?
Individual free accounts cap out at 40 questions per cert with no team visibility. A team seat unlocks the full 500-question bank across all 57 certs, one consolidated invoice instead of chasing receipts, and a manager dashboard that shows exactly who is exam-ready — none of which an individual account gives you.
