Popular questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

How do I start a practice quiz?
Sign in to your account, go to the Dashboard, and click on any certification. Select "Practice Mode" and hit "Start Quiz". You can try up to 40 free questions per certification without paying.
What is the difference between Practice Mode and Exam Mode?
Practice Mode gives you instant feedback after each answer — you see whether you were right and why, with no time limit. Exam Mode simulates the real Microsoft exam: 40 questions (or 500 with full access), a 2-hour countdown, and results only shown at the end.
How many free questions do I get?
Every certification includes 40 free questions in Practice Mode — no credit card required. Upgrading to full access gives you 500 questions per certification plus Exam Mode.
What does full access include?
Full access gives you 500 questions per certification (vs 40 free), access to Exam Mode, and full explanations for every question. It's a one-time purchase per certification.
Is full access per certification or for everything?
Full access is purchased per certification. You pay once for, say, AZ-900, and you have permanent access to all 500 AZ-900 questions. You can purchase any certifications you need individually.
What score do I need to pass?
Microsoft exams are scored on a 1–1000 scale with a passing score of 700. Our quiz scores are shown as a percentage — scoring 70%+ consistently is a good indicator of readiness, and we recommend targeting 80%+ before booking your exam.
Can I resume a quiz I started?
Yes. If you close the browser or navigate away, your quiz session is saved for 7 days. When you return to that certification's quiz page, you'll be offered the option to resume where you left off or start fresh.
How do I reset my password?
On the Sign In page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
