How does bulk per-seat pricing work?
Pricing is per seat, and the rate is flat regardless of seat count — 2 seats and 150 seats pay the same per-seat price. Annual billing lowers the rate further. See live per-seat numbers on the Teams page. Buying 200+ seats moves you to a custom Enterprise quote.
Does each seat cover every certification?
Yes. A single seat unlocks all 57 Microsoft certification practice banks plus micro-quizzes — there is no per-cert surcharge, so a seat holder can study for any combination of exams.
Do you offer invoice billing and purchase orders?
Self-serve plans bill via card with automatic proration when you resize seats. For Enterprise volumes, net-30 invoice billing and one-time license options are available — request a quote.
Can we reassign seats as staff change?
Yes. Seats are managed from the team dashboard — add a manager, remove a leaver, and reassign licenses without a sales call. Stripe prorates any seat-count change.
Can one organization hold mixed license pools?
Yes — an organization can hold multiple license pools at once, for example a block of full subscriptions plus a block restricted to a single cert. Contact us for mixed-license setups.
Is there a refund policy, and who can see our roster data?
