AB-210 Cheat Sheet 2026: Quick Reference

Domain weights, agent names, and every skill in the map below trace to Microsoft's official AB-210 study guide (checked 2026-09-07) — the same source used to build our 500-question AB-210 bank. Because AB-210 is still in beta, its own exam page does not yet publish an exact price or duration; treat any figure you see elsewhere as provisional until Microsoft confirms it at general availability.

How to Use This Page

Scan the glossary first if a term in a practice question stops you cold — most AB-210 wrong answers come from a candidate knowing the concept but not the exact term Microsoft uses for it. Then use the agent decision table any time a question describes a task rather than naming a feature outright, since AB-210 rarely says "configure the Sales Research Agent" directly — it describes what a seller or manager wants and expects you to name the right agent. The domain map at the bottom is for a last-minute weight check, not for learning the material for the first time; if a row doesn't make sense, that domain needs the full study guide, not this page.

AB-210 Glossary

Terms the exam assumes you already know, condensed to one line each:

TermCategoryWhat it means
Business process flow (BPF)ProcessGuides sellers stage-by-stage through a sales process; configured in Domain 1
Dataverse sales data modelData platformThe underlying tables (Lead, Opportunity, Product, etc.) that Sales and its agents read and write
Sales acceleratorFeatureBuilds a prioritized seller worklist from lead and opportunity signals
Predictive scoring modelAI modelRanks leads and opportunities by AI-estimated likelihood to convert or close
Conversational intelligenceAI featureAnalyzes call recordings/transcripts for sentiment, talk time, and mentioned topics
Relationship intelligenceAI featureSurfaces relationship health signals across contacts on a deal
Premium (predictive) forecastingAI featureAugments seller-submitted revenue forecasts with AI-adjusted projections

Research canvasAgent outputWhere the Sales Research Agent presents compiled account and buying-committee intelligence
Opportunity pipeline viewUI featureVisual, stage-grouped layout of open opportunities for sellers working the pipeline

Which Sales Agent Do You Actually Need?

The single most-tested distinction on AB-210. Match the scenario language in the question to a row here before picking an answer:

You need to…Use this
Filter and score inbound leads before a seller sees themSales Qualification Agent — Research-only mode
Have the system contact qualified leads directly, without a seller acting firstSales Qualification Agent — Research and engage mode
Compile account news and buying-committee details before a pitchSales Research Agent
Coordinate day-to-day opportunity management alongside the pipeline viewSales Opportunity Agent
Draft follow-ups and drive tasks that push a late-stage deal to closeSales Close Agent
Get an AI-adjusted revenue projection instead of only seller-submitted numbersPremium (predictive) forecasting — not an agent

The trap most candidates fall into: reading "the system should reach out to the lead" and picking the Sales Qualification Agent generically, without noticing the question is really asking whether that outreach happens automatically (Research and engage mode) or only after a seller reviews the agent's findings (Research-only mode). Both modes involve the same agent — the mode is the answer, not the agent name.

Quick Answers

How is this different from the AB-210 study guide?

The study guide explains why AB-210 exists, how it differs from the retired MB-210, and gives a full weighted study plan with narrative explanations for each domain. This page assumes you have already read that context and just need the terms, the agent-selection logic, and the domain weights in front of you for a final review pass.

What's the single most-confused topic?

Telling the four Sales agents apart, especially Sales Research Agent vs. Sales Opportunity Agent — both act on open opportunities but do different jobs, and both sit in Domain 4, the exam's heaviest-weighted domain at 25-30%. Use the decision table above rather than trying to memorize the four agent names in isolation.

Does this cheat sheet cover everything the exam tests?

No, by design. It covers the terms and decisions candidates most often trip over, not the full sub-skill list for every domain. Pair it with the AB-210 study guide for complete domain coverage and the practice questions for applied scenario practice.

Can I print this cheat sheet?

Yes — every table here is plain HTML, so a browser print or "print to PDF" renders cleanly.

MSCertQuiz sells practice-exam access for AB-210 and other Microsoft certifications; this cheat sheet is maintained by the same team that builds those questions.
