The problem
Most Microsoft role-based certifications expire after one year. Miss the six-month renewal window and the credential is gone — you have to retake the full exam at full cost ($165+).
Microsoft does send reminder emails, but they're easy to miss, and if you hold multiple certs on different renewal cycles it's hard to keep track. We built a dedicated tracker so you never have to worry about it.
What the tracker does
Track any Microsoft certification
Supports 90+ certifications across Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and more. Fundamentals certs (AZ-900, MS-900, etc.) are flagged as non-expiring automatically.
Automatic expiry calculation
Enter the date you passed the exam. The tracker calculates your expiry date (one year out) and shows a live countdown.
Colour-coded status badges
Green (90+ days), amber (30–90 days), red (under 30 days), and grey (expired). At a glance you know which certs need attention.
Automatic email reminders
We email you before your cert expires so you have time to take the free renewal assessment. No action needed after you add the cert.
Reminder schedule
- ✓ 15-day reminder email
- ✓ 90-day reminder email
- ✓ 30-day reminder email
- ✓ 7-day reminder email
The 90-day reminder is the most useful one — it's when the renewal window opens, meaning you can act on it immediately.
